I like they way Rep. Miller -D says "We’ve invested $80 billion into subsidizing this activity". That "we" is us; we’re tax payers and that is our money, not his. And he wants to place it into Gov managed funds. What he and his ilk will do is chase more money off-shore. I know that's what I would be doing if I were in the tax bracket Miller is referring to.
